Nation Towers Mall is a large building with several floors, and a search for the mall's name will put you on the wrong one. Every map link on this page points at the shop's own listing instead: the directions button, the Apple Maps button and the map beside the address all resolve to Pure Red Gold itself, so the pin you follow is the one that ends at our door on Level 2.
The address to give a driver is the one printed above, in full — Level 2, Nation Towers Mall, 1st St, Al Bateen, W44, Abu Dhabi. It is the same wording we use on Google, on WhatsApp and on the invoice, which is deliberate: an address that changes shape between one page and the next is an address a driver argues with.
If you are already inside the building and cannot see us, call the shop or send a message on WhatsApp, and we will talk you in from wherever you are standing. It is quicker than either of us describing a corridor.

There is no separate retail range: what you can order from this site is what stands on the shelf, in the same glass and the same boxes. Stock moves, though, and a page cannot promise that one particular box is there this afternoon — so if you are crossing Abu Dhabi for a specific thing, ask on WhatsApp before you set off.
Super Negin threads in 2 g and 5 g clear glass, saffron powder, and the 15 ml extract. This is the part of the counter that gets opened — threads out on a dish, under one light, so you compare a grade instead of reading about it.
Opened on requestThe 500 g five-compartment Mixed Sweets box, and the five single-flavour Signature boxes — Coconut, Macadamia, Pistachio, Red Berry and Pecan Cacao. They are made rather than manufactured, so the shelf follows the kitchen rather than a warehouse.
Collection or Abu DhabiThe roasted mixed nuts in their rigid red gift box, 500 g and 600 g, roast-dated. Unlike the pastry, they travel: anywhere in the UAE, sealed, without a conversation about the weather first.

What the counter is asked most.
01What are the boutique's opening hours?
They are printed at the top of this page, and the weekend is not the same as midweek, so read both lines rather than the first one. The same hours sit on our Google listing, which is the surface we keep current. Mall hours are not our hours either: if you are making a special journey, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm we are open before you set off.
02Is collection from the boutique free?
Always, and on every order. Choose boutique collection at checkout and nothing is added to the total; the order is put aside here rather than handed to a courier, which in an Abu Dhabi August is the better thing to happen to a box of pastry. Delivery is the part with rules and charges, and they are all published in the delivery policy.
03Can I taste or try anything before I buy?
Yes, and it is most of the reason the shop exists. The jars on the counter are opened, so you can look down the length of a thread and smell it before you decide; the water test is run in front of you with our own saffron; and collection comes with a taste. None of that survives a photograph, which is the whole argument for coming in.
04Do you deliver within Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Delivery across the UAE is free on orders over AED 200 and charged below it, and the figure is shown to you before you pay. The sweets run the other way: they are boutique collection or Abu Dhabi delivery only, because pastry and a multi-day parcel do not belong in the same sentence. What travels where is set out item by item in the delivery policy.
05Can I have a gift box composed in the shop, or order one ahead?
Both. A box can be composed at the counter while you wait, or ordered ahead on WhatsApp for a date — which is the sensible way to do it if the date falls in Ramadan or the National Day week, because those windows fill on kitchen production rather than shelf stock. Corporate lists are handled the same way and confirmed in writing; there is a gifting page for those.
