Why the date matters
Roasted nuts peak in the first weeks after roasting, while the oils are bright and the crunch is glassy. A printed roast date lets you taste the difference instead of taking our word for it — which is, you may have noticed, the house habit.
Storage
Close the lid and keep the box somewhere cool and dark. Better yet, don't test how long they last — they weren't roasted to sit.

Collect from the boutique at Nation Towers Mall, Abu Dhabi. Delivery anywhere in the UAE is arranged in the WhatsApp conversation. Nuts are roasted to order, so we agree the date with you before the roast.
