Why a single flavour
The assortment is for people still deciding. This is for people who decided a while ago and would rather not negotiate — one thing, in three sizes, made in the same kitchen and the same week as everything else that carries the name.
Freshness & storage
Made fresh and production-dated. Sealed in its box it keeps six months, and both dates are stamped on the pack at packing. Keep it cool and dry, 15–20 °C, out of direct sunlight — above that it softens and the fat blooms. Once the box is open, eat it within the week: the seal is what holds the texture, and nothing replaces it.
Delivery
Sealed and dated, the box travels. Abu Dhabi is usually one working day, and collection at the boutique is free; the rest of the UAE typically takes one to three working days and the box arrives unopened. The week starts when you open it, not when we send it.
